Bundled Up at Historic Williamsburg

Bundled Up at Historic Williamsburg

Black Friday we stopped briefly at our local comic store and then spent the afternoon in Williamsburg. We strolled down the historic streets. Watched tradesmen sculpt silver, bind paper, spin yarn. The gardens were even alive with period crops. Many tucked under glass jars, sheltered by tents to protect them from the nip of winter that bit at our noses and fingers.
I much preferred the hustle and bustle of the 1700s to those in modern stores.
